Registration Sign-UP: 2010-2011 School YEar

READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE PROCEDING. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE LETTER MAY FORFEIT YOUR CHILD’S PLACEMENT IN THE SCHOOL.

In-House Registration:
To qualify, you must EITHER attend St. Matthew’s United Methodist Church OR have a child currently or formerly attend the school.

1. Fill out the Intent to Register: In-House Registration Form below NO LATER THAN Tuesday, March 2, 2010.
   
   
2. Select “Register My Child Now”.
   
   
3. Send NO money at this time.
   
   
4. You will be contacted via e-mail on or before Friday, February 19, 2010.
   
   
1. If there are more children wanting a particular class than there are spots available, the e-mail will invite you to change to a different class.
   
   
2. If no one is willing to change, then you will be advised to down load the Registration Form and hand carry it along with a check for $150 made out to St. Matthew’s UMC to the school on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. The doors will open at 8:00AM. There must be one person/representative for each family; multiple registrations brought in by one person will NOT be accepted.
   
   
3. If there are no conflicts for a particular class, you will be asked to download the Registration Form. Fill it out completely and return it to the school with a NON-REFUNDABLE check for $150 made out to St. Matthew’s UMC on or before Tuesday, February 23, 2010. FORMS AND CHECKS received after this may forfeit their preferred class space.

General Registration

1. Down load the Registration Form from this web site.
   
   
2. Fill it out completely and return it to St. Matthew’s Weekday School on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 with a NON-REFUNDABLE check for $150 made out to St. Matthew’s UMC.
   
   
1. The doors will open at 8:00AM. There must be one person/representative for each family; multiple registrations brought in by one person will NOT be accepted.
   
   
2. If the class you are requesting is full, you will have the option of taking another class for the same age group and/or placed on a waiting list for the class you want. You will be called as soon as a space becomes available. No fee is required to be placed on the Waiting List.
